Thank you for purchasing our courses!

We want to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, either online or offline. As with any online purchase experience, the terms and conditions below govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a training course on the Wiztoonz website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy and the points below.


We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request must be made at with your email ID and phone number used during registration or by calling us at +91 90198 85900.

Refunds Policy

Wiztoonz reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, a pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

  • No refund will be provided, and access will be revoked if found anytime that the course is shared with others/multiple users or course purchase intends to copy the material/content, and the account will be blocked at the same time.
  • The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training, even one day's session, or accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.
  • No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
  • If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, no refund will be provided.
  • A refund request has to be raised before the commencement of the classes. Any refund request after the start of the course will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
  • We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the program, or any reason whatsoever after commencement of the course.
  • In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.


  • Notwithstanding the mode of payment used for paying the fees, the refund shall always be made to a bank account (as per the details provided by the customer) through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or such other facility as deemed fit by Wiztoonz. We may request information/documents (including a cancelled cheque pertaining to the customer's bank account) to verify your credentials and details of the bank account before initiating the refund. We shall strive to process the refunds within thirty (30) days of receipt of all the relevant information and documentation from you in this regard.
  • Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by Wiztoonz, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Bangalore (Karnataka). All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore (Karnataka), India.
